Why Workasso

AI Employees That Actually Work

Three reasons teams choose Workasso over hiring.

Approval-first

Approval is the training phase. Your AI employee drafts, you review, and it learns your voice — nothing customer-facing goes out without your okay. As it proves itself, you graduate Customer Support and SDR to run on their own; the Support Engineer already runs autonomously on your technical alerts.

Better together

Your AI employees coordinate like a real team. Customer Support spots a sales question → routes to SDR → SDR qualifies the lead and books the demo. All under your approval.

Promotes when ready

Train your hire from junior to senior. After you approve 4+ similar replies, you can promote it to handle that kind of request on its own — on Pro and up. It gets sharper. You get faster.

The learning loop

Train Your AI Employee from Junior to Senior

Most AI tools are static. Workasso employees learn from every interaction and get sharper over time.

Learns from your knowledge

Upload internal docs, FAQs, brand guidelines, past examples. Your employee studies everything via RAG-powered document learning. They reference your actual policies, not generic AI knowledge.

Learns from your feedback

Every approval teaches them what "good" looks like. Every edit teaches them what to change. Every rephrase becomes a permanent lesson stored in their memory.

Earns your trust

For Customer Support, once you've approved 4+ similar replies, that pattern matures — and on Pro and up you can let it handle that kind of message on its own. For your SDR, auto-send is a toggle you flip when you're ready. From junior to senior, on your timeline.

How it works

Hire in 3 Steps

From zero to a working AI employee — faster than you think.

1

Pick a Role

Choose an AI employee for the work that's draining you. Customer Support, Support Engineer, or SDR — each one specializes in a real job category.

2

Onboard Them

Talk to them like a new hire. Upload your internal docs, share examples, teach your processes through conversation. They study everything and learn your tone.

3

Approve Their Work

They draft, you approve. Every important action waits for your okay. As trust grows, promote them to handle patterns automatically.

Cross-agent collaboration

Better Together

Your AI employees talk to each other. Just like a real team.

A stranger messages your business asking about pricing

Workasso routes it to your SDR — qualifies the lead, asks the right questions

SDR books the demo via Cal.com. You approve, lead gets the confirmation

All under your approval

You import your customer list or tag a known customer right in the conversation

A known customer sends a question — Workasso recognizes them and routes straight to Customer Support

SDR stays focused on net-new leads, no mixing customers with prospects

Common questions

FAQ

Are these real employees or chatbots?

They're AI employees — closer to remote workers than software. They have job titles, learn from your feedback, work under your approval, and handle a specific area of work. Unlike chatbots, they don't just respond. They take action: drafting replies, creating tickets, analyzing alerts.

What if they make a mistake?

They can't make customer-facing mistakes. Every important action waits for your approval. They draft, you review, you decide. With Customer Support, once you've approved 4+ similar replies, that pattern matures and — on Pro and up — you can let it handle that kind of request automatically. With your SDR, auto-send is a toggle you flip when you're ready. Either way, only if you choose to.

How long does onboarding take?

About 30 minutes for basic setup (connect tools, share context, upload internal docs). They're productive on day one but get sharper over the first two weeks as they learn from your feedback. By month two, they're handling routine work with minimal oversight.

Can I fire them?

Anytime. Cancel the salary, the employee is dismissed. No long-term contracts. Your data exports cleanly so you're never locked in.

Do I need technical skills?

Customer Support is no-code: just forward your support emails. Support Engineer needs technical setup (connecting Sentry, GitHub, etc.) but the connection flows are click-through OAuth. SDR is also no-code — forward your sales inbox + paste your Cal.com link.

What about my data?

Your data stays yours. We don't train other customers' AI on your data. Your AI employee's knowledge is private to your account. Cancel anytime and export everything.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude are assistants — you prompt them, they answer, and nothing happens until you prompt again. A Workasso employee is hired for a role and does the work on its own: it watches your inbox and your error feed, drafts replies in your tone, and qualifies inbound leads — then waits for your approval before anything goes out. It lives inside your tools, learns from your feedback, and earns promotions as it gains your trust. Same models underneath — the difference is one waits to be asked, the other owns the job.

Why is WhatsApp a separate add-on instead of bundled?

WhatsApp connections require a dedicated instance per customer. Bundling that cost into Pro/Max would force every customer to subsidize WhatsApp, even ones using only email. The add-on lets WhatsApp users self-select and pay the small extra cost transparently.

From the founder

Why I built Workasso

Most small businesses I've watched grow have one thing in common: they never had a real team behind them. No customer support person. No SDR chasing inbound leads. No one watching production alerts at 2am.

It's the founder answering WhatsApp between meetings. It's the message that went unanswered because no one saw it in time. It's the qualified lead that ghosted because the reply took three hours.

At a YC-backed startup and now building Workasso, I've watched how much energy small teams burn on inbound — support tickets, alerts, sales messages — work that pulls them away from actually growing the business.

That's the problem Workasso solves.

Workasso gives small businesses, solopreneurs, and lean teams an AI workforce — for support, for sales, for technical issues — that handles the WhatsApp and email no one has time for. But here's what makes it different: nothing gets sent without your approval. The AI drafts, you review, it learns your voice. Over time, it earns the right to handle the routine on its own — but always on your terms.

I'm building this solo, for businesses that need real leverage without the headcount. If you're drowning in messages and losing time you don't have, Workasso was made for you.
